| Elder Flower Tops extract | Used to treat coughs, colds, flu, respiratory disorders, and shortness of breath. It can be used as a mouthwash or a gargle for laryngitis, and as a sudorific tea to increase sweating during a cold or fever. Elder extract increases resistance to infection via mucous membranes, and is effective for the treatment of: chronic congestion, allergies, candidiasis and ear infections. It has also been used to increase milk production in lactating mothers.
